Technology

PHREE builds the technology that Paradigm Health and Wellness use in their daily care of patients.

PORTAL: observational health database

A research database built from data collected in routine clinical care, with all patient identifiers removed according to HIPAA Safe Harbor.

  1. CareLabs, imaging, vitals and medications are recorded during routine visits.
  2. StripAll Safe Harbor identifiers are removed. Ages over 90 are grouped.
  3. NumberEach person gets a random study number that cannot be traced back.
  4. StudyNamed physician researchers see patterns, never people.

Calanthe: electronic health record

Our team of physicians has a combined fifty years of frustration with modern electronic health records, which are built primarily for billing rather than patient care. We decided to create our own electronic medical record (EMR) that meets all cybersecurity and privacy standards.

It allows interactions through online portals and apps in a way that facilitates more time between patient and provider, and gives patients access to their healthcare story at the touch of a button.

It is built with a robust AI engine that will allow physicians to see patterns in health and disease that might otherwise be impossible.
